SECOND ANNOUNCEMENT

ACCOMMODATION

REGISTRATION

We ask all participants to register on the conference web-page, filling the respective form and uploading the title of your talk and the abstract.

VISA

For making an official invitation valid for Russian Consulate we need your registration form and a fax-copy of the front page of your passport. Since this process requires a certain time, we need this information to be sent to us not later than June, 15.
If by any reasons you are not able to access the conference web-page please, send the information by email nsec8@imi.ras.ru.

CONFERENCE GUESTS AND YOUNG RESEARCHES

The format of the conference includes a possibility to invite also young researches (with a short communication or a poster) and conference guests (without a talk). If you know good candidates, please inform us as soon as possible or ask them to contact the Organizing Committee referring to your name. We will include them in the conference list preparing now for making visa permissions.

CONFERENCE FEE

It is planned that the conference fee will be 120 USD for participants and 80 USD for accompanying persons.
The payment could be sent to account up to August, 1.
Also it is possible to pay the conference fee upon arrival in cash.
