SECOND ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Colleague,

The meeting will be held at the Euler International Mathematical Institute (St. Petersburg, Pesochnaya naberezhnaya, 10). If you want to participate, we ask you to fill in the registration form. (THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED AND FULFILLED THE REQUIEREMENTS DESCRIBED IN THE NEXT PARAGRAPH NEED NOT REPEAT THE PROCEDURES).

IF YOU NEED A RUSSIAN VISA, we ask you to fill in the attached visa form. The Institute will provide you with an invitation needed for visa formalities. Such an invitation will be authorized by a governmental departmnent and will imply obtaining a visa nearly automatically. The processing costs of $10 per person will be added to the registration fee (see below). If, besides the invitation described above, you need also one for the administration of your institution, please, contact the Euler Institite programme coordinator

Accomodation will be arranged at nearby hotels (we'll do our best to arrange it for reasonably low price). A very cheap accomodation in a nearby student hostel may also be possible.

If you have some special accomodation requests (say, you prefer a downtown hotel, or you come with accompanying persons, etc.), you are invited to contact Mrs. Elena Novikova.

Transport information will be given in the third announcement. Please, inform Mrs. Novikova about the mean of transportation and arrival time as soon as this is avaliable.

Registration fee: NONE for the participants working in CIS-countries; otherwise, it is $30 (plus $10 in case we provide an official invitation needed for visa formalities). Accompanying persons: $20 per person in case we provide an official invitation needed for visa formalities.
