We had a remarkably interesting and productive physics conference at the Euler Institute, and I am most grateful to Lev Lipatov and his colleagues for their outstanding hospitality and efforts to make the meeting such a success. I also thank Elena Novikova, Secretary of the SxLFD'98 Organizing Committee, for all of her arrangements and the kindnesses she showed to me and the other participants at the conference.
The Euler building is a beautiful facility, and I hope that it will be preserved indefinitely as a scientific facility.
