From even a superficial visit, it is obvious by that the Euler Institute is a world-class research center. Indeed, this is obvious from the caliber of its staff. Miraculously, the Institute does not seem subject to the vicissitudes of the on-going changes in Russia. It is efficiently run, with contemporary facilities. It is housed in a beautiful building overlooking the Malaya Nevka river, in a scenic part of St. Petersburg.
