  III. Subject and form of proposed joint work (a few phrases)

Theoretical study of the small-x behaviour of different structure functions
of deep inelastic lepton-hadron scattering. Development of the perturbative
QCD tehnique for accounting of non-leading corrections to leading logarithmic
approximation.

Weekly meetings and discussions of possible approaches for solving the
various existing problems.
