INVARIANTS OF ${\bold B}$--TYPE LINKS VIA AN ANALOG OF TURAEV THEOREM

ABSTRACT:
In this paper we find a method for constructing
invariants of ${\bold B}$--type links within
general Turaev framework
for constructing link invariants.
Such method is shown to be compatible with
skein relations of ${\bold B}$--type.
The examples of link invariants
of ${\bold B}$--type
relating to the quantum group $U_{q}(sl(2))$
is considered by means of an analog of
the Turaev theorem for ${\bold B}$--type links.
