In the issue some papers in modern complex and linear analysis are
collected. Mainly, problems of operator theory, function theory and their
special applications are discussed. As usually, the traditional problems of
the St.Petersburg scientific school are of special interest, such as the
theory of various classes of functions on the disc or semi-plane, and some
problems reflecting the relationship between the function theory and
operator theory.
