Call for Papers:

       Papers pertaining to all aspects of computational number theory,
     particularly the applications of computer algebra to computational
     number theory are solicited. Papers may present theory, algorithms,
     packages, and practical experiences on any relevant topic including
     but not limited to:

        o Primality testing
        o Integer factorization
        o Discrete algorithms
        o Elliptic curves
        o cryptography and Information security
        o Coding and Information Theory
        o Numerical verification of number-theoretic conjectures
        o Theory of automorphic functions
        o Secure hashing functions
        o Complexity and intractability of number-theoretic algorithms
        o Continued fractions and Diophantine approximation
