Cohomology of the Lie algebras of differential operators: lifting formulas

We construct an explicit formula for the
$(2n+1)$-cocycle of the Lie algebra of (pseudo)differential operators
on an $n$-dimensional space. We prove that this formula in fact
defines a cocycle for $n=1$ and $n=2$.
