BRIEF PRACTICAL INFORMATION:

Registration
If you plan to participate please register using the registration form. It will take you less than a minute and will help the organisers make appropriate arrangements.

Finances
The organisers are applying for several sources of funding, but the outcome will only be known in late spring. The participants are advised to make their plans based on the assumption that no financial support will be offered. Most likely, a small fee will be collected to cover the cost of coffee breaks etc.

Accommodation
The Euler Institute staff will be happy to book accommodation for the participants, but early booking is essential. Accommodation is usually booked in Andersen hotel a short walking distance from the institute. The price for a double room is approximately 3200 RUB per night. There are also some slightly cheaper options: hotels Nord or Zlatoust. There is also a hostel type budget accommodation (hotel "Nauka") where prices for a basic room are from 1400 RUB per night. Please contact us as soon as possible if you'd like us to book accommodation for you.
You can also find accommodation yourself here.

Visas
Nationals of most countries (including the EU countries and the U.S.) require visas in order to travel to Russia. The Euler Institute staff will be happy to assist you with visa arrangements. See visa page for more information.

The conference
The conference will take place at the Euler Institute which is located in St.Petersburg city centre, see the map and address. ENGLISH is the official language of the conference.
Please note that 12 July is the first day of the conference, not the arrival day.

Travel
The most practical way of getting to St.Petersburg is flying to the St.Petersburg airport Pulkovo.
