We shall meet you at the Airport of Saint-Petersburg (Pulkovo-International). A staff-member will wait you near the gates at once after the custom line: he will keep the table

Just in case, if you will not find him, please, don't leave the Airport, call the secretary by phone 234-05-74 (Elena Novikova) and inform about your arrival; then wait at the meeting point near the centre of the hall: we'll find you and transport to your hotel.

You'll be delivered by car from the Airport to the hotel, and back, when you'll leave SPb.
