LOCATION


The conference will take place at the Euler International Mathematical Insititute (EIMI), which is a part of the St.Petersburg Department of Steklov Mathematical Institute (usually abbreviated as POMI). Registration and talks will take place at the Euler Institute.

The EIMI address: Pesochnaya naberezhnaja, 10, ("naberezhnaja" means "embankment"). The place is near the river Malaya Nevka, at equal distances (15-20 min. on foot) from the metro stations "Petrogradskaya" and "Chernaya Rechka". Look at our metro scheme at

To reach EIMI from the metro station "Petrogradskaya" you can either walk or take bus No. 1 or No. 46, trolley-bus No. 34 (two stops), or minibus No. 46, 76, 127, 136, 252, 298 (you should ask the driver to stop before Kamennoostrovskii bridge).

ACCOMMODATION


The Euler Institute staff will be happy to book accommodation for the participants, but early booking is essential. Accommodation is usually booked in hotels "Nord" or "Zlatoust" a short walking distance from the institute. The prices for a single room are from approximately 2500 RUB per night (as of summer 2008). There is also a hostel type budget accommodation (hotel "Nauka") where prices for a basic room are from 1600 RUB per night. You can also find accommodation yourself here.
