Dear colleagues,

There is some necessary information about the conference. Please read carefully.


Scientific Program

  • Plenary Sessions.

    • Include 60-min and 45-min lectures on the main topics of the conference.
  • Parallel Sessions.
    Include 45-min lectures and 20-min talks
  • Poster Session

    Abstracts (not more than one page) should be formatted as a tex-file in accord with the following requirements and its tex- and pdf-versions should be sent as attachments by e-mail to bsg_abs@imi.ras.ru not later than 1st June 2010. Please call your file using your name and initials (for ex., NovikovI.tex). Abstracts will have been published by the beginning of the conference.
    Use the most simple commands, fonts and ways of design. As all received files will be gathered in one, it's forbidden to redefine commands, introduce new macros and use automatic formulae's, reference's and etc. numeration. Abstracts, that do not satisfy these requirements, will not be considered.

    Registration fee is 70 Euro, plus the processing fee of 20 or 10 Euro in some cases, see (*) below, (part of this maybe return for the participants working in CIS-countries if we obtain financial support from Russian Foundation for Basic Research; in this case the fee is supposed to be less or equal than 1000 rub)
    Accompanying persons: 20 or 10 Euro per person in some cases, in accordance with (*) below.


    Please fill in the Registration Form before May 1, 2010.

    Ià you need a RUSSIAN VISA, we ask you to fill in the visa form (For more information see http://www.pdmi.ras.ru/EIMI/2010/bsg/visainfo.html). The Institute will provide you with an invitation(*) required for obtaining your visa
    (*) The processing costs of 10 to 20 Euro per person will be added to the registration fee depending on the type of invitation we issue. If, besides the invitation described above, you need also one for the administration of your institution, please, contact Ms. Tatiana Vinogradova: vinogradova@pdmi.ras.ru.

    Accommodation will be arranged at nearby hotels (we'll do our best to arrange it for reasonably low price)
    If you have some special accommodation requests (say, you prefer a downtown hotel, or you come with accompanying persons, etc.), you are invited to contact Ms. Nadya Zalesskaya zaleska@pdmi.ras.ru
