Submission of Papers

For presentation at the conference, we invite authors to submit electronically full length papers to PhML-2014@pdmi.ras.ru as an e-mail attachment. All papers should be written in English, and should be formatted according to the Authors' Guidelines for the PhML-2014 conference and submitted to arrive on (or before) March 1st, 2014. The length of a submitted paper should be at least six (6), at maximum twelve (12) pages.

For an accepted paper to be included in the Proceedings, all the authors must pre-register online as participants of PhML-2014, but only the authors who are present must pay the registration fee during registration upon arrival. Authors of accepted papers are required to ensure that at least one of them will attend the conference to present the paper. Papers that do not adhere to this policy will be removed from the Proceedings.

Authors' Guidelines

Please submit your paper as an e-mail attachment on (or before) March 1st, 2014. In the body of the message, please include the paper title and the authors' names and affiliations, as well as the e-mail address for the corresponding author. The authors of contributed papers are requested to propose the thematic section in which the paper should be included. Please submit pdf-file of your paper together with its source files (rtf-file for paper prepared with MS Word; source tex-file and BiBTeX bib-file for paper prepared with LaTeX. Please name the submission files in the format: "authorname.pdf", "authorname.rtf", "authorname.tex", "authorname.bib". Address for submission: PhML-2014@pdmi.ras.ru. Every contributed paper will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. In selection of papers for presentation, there will be no quotas based on discipline.

The submitted paper should conform to formatting requirements formulated in the files "PhML-2014.pdf", "PhML-2014.rtf". To facilitate the formatting of paper, please use the following PhML-2014 style files:

Please, use the latest version of PhML-2014 style files; at present, it is the version 1.2 dated by September 12, 2013.

Important Dates

  • Deadline for submissions: March 1st, 2014
