First Announcement
1. Registration
The registration is open on the seminar site
DEADLINES: foreign participants: 30.01.11,
Russian participants: 28.02.11
2. Lodging
Organizers will make lodging reservations: hotel for seniors, hostel for
students, for 3 overnights from April 10 to April 13.
If you need other dates or you wish to arrange lodging by your own please
let us know.
3. Financial support
There will be free lunches during the seminar.
We are raising funds to support accommodation costs for all
delegations and travel expenses for Russian participants.
The outcome will be clear in March.
If you wish to be considered as a delegation member, please contact your
national organizer (B.Djehiche for Sweden, E.Valkeila for Finland).
The travel expenses for foreign participants will not be covered by local
organizers.
4. Seminar materials.
Abstracts and talk slides are supposed to be collected and exposed on the
seminar site. The deadline for abstracts submission is March 15. Please
send them to
