Yu.V.Linnik Centennial Conference

Analytical methods in number theory, probability theory and mathematical statistics
September 14-18 , 2015

Euler International Mathematical Institute, St. Petersburg, Russia

The Conference dedicated to 100th anniversary of the outstanding Russian mathematician Yu. V. Linnik, will be held in the Saint-Petersburg Department of Steklov Institute of Mathematics (PDMI) and in the Euler International Mathematical Institute (EIMI) from September 14 till September 18 of 2015.

Following the tradition of the First Memorial Linnik conference (Saint-Petersburg, 2005), the forthcoming conference will feature recent advances and trends in the branches of mathematics close to Linnik's interests. Two parallel sections will be organised:
1. Number Theory.
2. Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics.

The abstracts of talks on Probability Theory and Number Theory are available at links accordingly.

Note, that the registration is on 14th from 9 till 11 at PDMI. (address: Fontanka, 27)

The conference is partially supported by the Chebyshev Laboratory of SPbU through "Native Towns", the social investment program of JSC "Gazprom Neft"

The language of the conference is English. The conference fee is 150 euro. We hope to obtain the support of Russian Foundation of Basic Research to cover in part the expenses of Russian participants but unfortunately we cannot provide any financial support to foreign participants.

The contact person for visas is Ms.Tatiana Vinogradova: vinogradova@pdmi.ras.ru
